Report: Due Dates for All Maintenance Events

EZ Maintenance also lets you print a report that shows you all of the scheduled preventive maintenance events that are due along with their corresponding due dates. This report shows all of the overdue maintenance as well as upcoming maintenance events.

This feature is accessed by clicking on the Print Maintenance Due button on the main menu:



After clicking on the Print Maintenance Due button, a window pops up asking you to enter a date range. The report prints all of the maintenance events that are within the date range that you choose:



Once you've entered the date range, then the report will print:



As you can see, the report shows all of the maintenance events along with their due dates. Each piece of equipment is identified by its internal control number and what type of equipment it is. If a work order has been created for a maintenance event, the work order number is shown.
